Privacy Policy and GDPR

1. You hereby grant your consent to Packung s.r.o., Jabloňová 225, 691 81 Horní Věstonice, Czech Republic, Company ID: 02278235, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 80722 (the “Controller”) to process the following personal data in the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection:

• first name and surname
• e-mail
• phone number

In the case of an order placed by a company, also:

• Company ID
• Company name
• VAT ID
• First name
• Surname
• Street and house number
• City
• Postal code
• Country

2. First name, surname, company name, phone number and e-mail must be processed in order to handle your enquiry or request. This data will be processed by the Controller for the likely duration of your interest (a maximum of 5 years) or for the duration of our cooperation.

3. You grant your explicit consent to the processing described above. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to info@boxollo.com or a letter to the company's contact address.

4. Personal data is processed by the Controller; however, the following processors may also process personal data on the Controller's behalf:

• Google Ireland Limited – we use Google Workspace for e-mail and office applications, and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic analysis.
• Leady.cz (Imper CZ, s.r.o.) – website traffic analytics, loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies.
• Wedos Internet a.s. – data from the enquiry form may be temporarily stored on the server so that we can resolve issues with bots and the mail server.
• Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, none of which the company currently uses.

5. Please note that under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the personal data protection act you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent at any time,
• ask us what personal data of yours we process,
• ask us for an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
• request the erasure of this personal data,
• contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have doubts about compliance with data protection obligations.

6. I agree that when the contact form is submitted, Google reCAPTCHA will run to verify that you are not a robot. By submitting the form you also agree to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

7. Cookies. This website uses necessary technical cookies and — only with your consent — analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Leady.cz). You can change your consent at any time by clearing the consent stored by the cookie bar in your browser (the boxollo_cookie_consent key in local storage).
